TV Go Not Playing Recordings

I can't get the on Virgin TV Go app to play recordings. I've re-installed the app and restarted my tablet but still says cannot play this at the moment 1. Can anyone help me to resolve this please? Thanks

    Is your main VM set top box switched on, so that the app can link with the box?   If it isn't, check that what Standby mode the box is in โ€“ it needs to be in Active Start or Fast Start.

    When the box is on Fast Start, you should be able to see recordings immediately when you use the App.

    If it's on  Active Start, you will need to wait a few minutes. The App will send a message to wake up the box over the network.

    You need to be on your Home network and not using a VPN.

  • I've tried all of this before, and seeing the shows/movies in the list of saved programmes is not the issue. You can click on watch from start or resume, but get this message...

    Have you tried using a different device and if so does it work on the other device(s)?

    Which the actual tablet name and model number you are using?  Also which version of the operating system is it? Is the TVGo app up to date?
