Tv go not available on newly registered device

I have registered my laptop for tv go but keep getting an error message reading ‘sorry - we can’t play this at the moment 0’

  • I  had the same problem and solved it by disabling extensions in Chrome. One of the ad blockers etc. was causing the problem.

    Sorry to see you are having issues with the TV Go app ☹.

    Please can you try clearing your cache and cookies, also trying on another browser. 

    You can also try what Timo91 has suggested, as sometimes it can be ad blockers that may cause the issue.

    Have tried logging into the app and seeing if the same issue still occurs?  

    Have you also tried using another device?
