TV Go Downloads

I have plenty of memory on my phone and iPad and can download from any other app but downloads don’t work on Virgin TV Go. Even if it looks like something has downloaded the downloads page says ‘no downloads’. Any suggestions?

    Welcome to our forums, and sorry to hear you are having issues with downloads on TV Go. We can understand the inconvenience caused. Just to confirm, does this occur with the app version of the browser? Can you let us know when this issue first began? Additionally, does this happen with multiple shows or a particular show?
