TV Go App
Hello
Just moved house and have retained my @blueyonder.co.uk email/username but when I try to log on to the TV Go App I get a message "My Virgin Media account no longer valid". I have tried re-registering on the TV Go app under a new email address (using a gmail account) but it won't let me create a new account as my (new) account number is still showing as registered against my @blueyonder.co.uk account.
Any help would be appreciated.
