It's just one device, my desktop PC. I can view normally on my phone and laptop.
Thanks

Do you have any applications or extensions that automatically removes your cookies?
The cookies for the TVGO will need to remain or you'll be asked to register the device each time you access TVGO causing you to max out how many devices you can have registered.

No I don't, I have to manually clear cookies on my desktop. Something seems to have happened on 2nd/3rd Nov as I can't watch ITV, Channel 4 or Channel 5 now either. I've tried to do several system restores to a previous date but none of them will restore. I'm using Windows 8.1 and everything was working fine until a few days ago.

...I can still watch BBC iplayer, youtube etc. I've checked the DRM/protected content options and they're showing allow protected content.

The issue that's occurred now with being unable to watch ITV and channel 4 or 5, is that all your devices or just the PC again.
It doesn't sound like a profile issue as this would affect all the devices rather than just the one. Has your PC had a recent update at all or have you enabled any changes to the browsers or applications on your PC?
Do you run any anti-virus or firewall applications in the background? Any extension on your browser that might interfere with playing videos?

It's just the PC that's the problem. The only anti virus software on it is windows defender. As far as I know there haven't been any updates and I haven't made any changes. This all started happening late on the 2nd, it had been working fine during the day then I went out for the evening, came back and switched the PC on but I couldn't view anything on Virgin TV Go, ITV, Channel 4 or 5. BBC Iplayer is fine as is youtube. It's all very strange.

I'm glad I'm not the only one, wish I could help but I'm at a loss as to what has happened!
