TV and TvGo not working

Tv Go won't work on any of our devices - just says oops something went wrong try again later. Tv Go lists no channels and on the guide and on the home page there's no watch option. Been like this for over a week ever since I got a new box which doesn't work properly either. It downgraded from whatever the latest is where you can use voice control on your remote and where the home button brings up tiles  to get to apps instead of navigating through a menu. 

Any ideas

    The OP referred to "voice control", so it must be a 360.

    It would be best to keep the box connected to the hub to enable another download attempt to go through.

    I think the OP is saying the box downloaded the new V360 firmware (although the use of downgraded may of course be an opinion of the aftermath). ;-) 

  • Thanks - yes exactly this. Had an engineer visit a week or so ago as we had problems and he replaced the box. When he replaced it, don't really understand, but the latest 360 software or whatever it was wouldn't download/pull through. Was told this was a known problem on the day and that the job would stay open and the upgrade should automatically come through.

    Sorry to hear of your issues accessing TVGO and issues with your set-top box. 
    Just to confirm, are you saying that you downgraded your set-top box from a TV360, which had the voice control feature, back to a V6?
    If so, then this may be the problem, as the internal systems would have you with a TV360 and not a V6. It is not possible within the system to downgrade from a TV360 to a V6, as it causes issues with features such as the TVGO app. 
    Let us know if this is what happened, as we'll need to look into changing this back for you.
