Sky sports no Longer working on Browser or on App

Hello, as seemingly the only way to get help with this is to create a thread since I upgraded my broadband speeds I can no longer access sky sports on my iPhone or Browser despite having a valid Sky sports subscription

i have deleted and reinstalled the app and also cleared my cache but I keep being told I need to have a sky sports subscription which I do (it works fine through my set top box) is there any way that this can be fixed? I know you have said that watching on the go is just a ‘nice benefit’ but I don’t always have access to my set top box so I would quite like to have access to a service I am paying for.
