Hello. Can anybody help? I've been trying to make a post but it asks for email verification, which I have. All I want to do is remove some devices from my virgin tv go app as they no longer exist or are broken

Hi terryis12
As far as I'm aware you can't actually log into the app to remove devices. However, if all 5 slots have been used up then when trying to watch on a new device you are then given the opportunity to replace one of the older devices with the new one.
Sign in to Virgin TV Go on your new device
Choose a show to watch live or On Demand and enter your TV Go PIN, if prompted (the default pin is usually 1234 unless you've changed it)
Select the device you’re replacing and name your new one – and that’s it- John_GS

Hi terryis12
Sorry for any confusion, this will need to be done via the web browser :).

I need to delete devices, I have opened device management, but am unable to delete, I can only edit the names. Why is this?

Hi ToToEights,
How many changes have you made in the past month?
If you have already made three device swaps in the apst month then you will be unable to delete or change any further devices until the end of the month.
Info below from https://www.virginmedia.com/help/tv/how-to-use-virgin-tv-go-app
All Virgin TV customers can register up to five devices on the Virgin TV Go app and view on two devices simultaneously, at no extra cost. You can also do three device swaps a month.
Note: If you register a computer using a browser, you’ll need to use the same browser with Virgin TV Go. Using a different browser, clearing cookies or using incognito mode will be seen as a different device.
