oops-something went wrong

No matter what i do i cannot get live tv on tv to go.Have done all the suggestions like clearing cache and reinstalling app but no luck.

Can get the home bit ok but when i go to live i get the oops-something went wrong.

 

Any ideas i need it for tnt next week

    Is this happening for all of the channels that you try to watch live?
