Only on TV box error on Virgin Go
I record a lot of programmes and like to watch them on Virgin Go. Most are fine but on one or two programmes there is a caption saying "Only on Virgin TV box".
One programme is Nurses on the Ward recorded on U and W HD. At present this is the only programme with this error message. It seems odd as this is just a normal documentary.
You have perfectly described normal operation.
If most programmes play fine, your setup is self-evidently working. The error message indicates a rights issue, which is broadcaster imposed. Admittedly the choice of programmes to restrict does seem a little odd, though!
