Tried to sign in to sky sports main event this morning via the usual Virgin Media login button on the site and the new auth has broken into Sky's login servers.

Yep I have the same problem, and wider than that, I am unable to login to virginmedia.com as well.

same - first hit the issue when refreshing https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en/watchtv - forced to sign-up for a new 'VM/O2 ID' thing - but the whole process is broken. also noticed over the weekend same (or similar) error as op AND a lot more instances of visual 'select all bridges/motorbikes/cycles' captcha screens
trying to access my account via https://www.virginmedia.com/myvmo2 just fails
got to point in the process were I'm forced to setup 2FA, but as before (6th or 7th attempt) still waiting on a text message with a 6-digit code
7am tomorrow ??? as it is already past 7am today... pile of poo from VM/O2...
