Netflix You seem to bd using proxy

Getting You seem to bd using proxy error in Netflix for specific shows.

 

This is happening only when connecting with virgin broadband. In my mobile network it is working fine.

There is no VPN used.

    Is this via the app on a VM set top box, or on a device such as a PC, mobile or tablet?

    Does the same error occur on other devices using your VM broadband for the same shows?

    Does your broadband connection show it's a VM UK location when checking on https://whatismyipaddress.com/ ?

      Hi,,

      This is on my personal devices, mobile and TV app.

      Yes it appears on other devices when using VM Broadband 

      It shows as UK Location only while checking IP address and speed test

        Welcome to the community forums 

        Sorry to hear you're having issues watching some shows on Netflix when connected to the Virgin Media broadband service. 

        Can you please advise which specific shows are showing this error? 

        Have you made any changes to your Hub settings at all?
