Lip sync to track issues

Hi every time I pause a recording and then restart the lip sync is out and I have to exit out of my recordings and come back in to make it in sync. How can I fix this please? I have restarted the box and TV.

    Can you please confirm the type of set-top box that you have? 

    Also, have you tried changing the audio settings? Advice on how to do so can be found here in the section entitled "Sound issues with some of your channels".
