Issues with TV Go on ipad

I have just installed TV Go on my Samsung phone and my iPad (registered 2 new devices, total devices 2) . Samsung phone works fine, can watch things, both live and box sets no problem. However can only see live stuff on iPad. First error message was "sorry we can't play this at the moment 11839. I closed app, shut iPad down, restarted and go error code 0 ! Still only able to view live TV.

Any suggestions, whilst I have iPlayer, c4, now tv etc etc installed on iPad it would be nice to have this app running as it should! 

Any suggestions Forum!?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.

    Sorry to hear of any issues with TV Go. 

    Have you got a VPN on the iPad? If so, can you de-activate it, reboot the device and re-launch TV Go please?

      Hi

      The vpn is not activated, and wasn't activated when I first tried go. I've signed out of vpn and rebooted and still get the 0 error.
