Error

Hi on the TV go app, I have error message 4003, also I am unable to log into my sky sports app even though I have verified who I am 400 gazillion times. What is going on?

    Is this happening on multiple devices?

    Yes multiple devices, I have rebooted the virgin box and broadband boxes but still nothing.

      Hi Stu,

      I had issues last night signing into Sky Sports app on three android devices. It was working previously on all 3 devices.  

      Each of the devices required me to sign in, but signing in failed on each device. I received emails to verify my identity. Despite verifying on each device I was unable to complete the sign in process on the devices despite re-authorsing each device.

      I then turned on bluetooth on each device and was able to complete the verification process and sign into and watch Sky Sports.

      (If people already have bluetooth turned on then possibly toggling it off and on again may work?)

      I had no issues with VM TVGo but it might work with that too.

  • Thanks for this, but Bluetooth has no relevance whatsoever and has not worked either. By all the complaints in the past 2 days VM have made a change to something and it's messed everything up and needs to be changed back. Not been able to get on stuff for nearly a week now am I getting 25% off my bill!!!! And that's so far
