Error: Sorry we can't play this at the moment 0
I am setting up a new windows 11 laptop and installed Virgin TV Go using Edge. I login and was prompted to replace an existing device. I removed an old windows 10 device and added the new laptop. When I try to play any channel I get the sound of the program and the above error. I also tried to install using chrome and this needed to replace a device again, so I replaced the new laptop I just registered on first attempt. Same error again. Virgin TV GO works on my other devices which includes Windows 10, Windows 11 and Android. I have seen this error raised many times and no solutions.
Please could someone from Virgin assist.
