Sorry to hear of the Sky Sports issue experienced via your desktop computer, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
Can you try the following and confirm the results?
Try viewing on another mobile/desktop device and see if you get the same error
Try via an alternate browser
Ensure the cache is cleared for the browser
Ensure any screen capture equipment is turned off

Hi, I also have the same issue as the desktop app has been fine for a number of years on my desktop pc but now it comes up with the error code after a few seconds of blurry footage, it still works fine on my other devices but all of a sudden just stops working on my desktop pc and I haven't been able to fix it.

Hi, I am still experiencing this issue on my desktop where I open up a sky sports channel that launches the desktop app and I get a few seconds of blurry footage before the error message occurs but the problem doesn't occur on my laptop, ipad or my phone and it has been a number of months and have received no help.
