When I open the virgintvgo screen on my laptop it does not display all my available channels.
I click on filters and can see it has My Channels ticked.
If I change the selection to All Channels it the shows all my available channels.
Unfortunately this never gets saved.
The next time I open it I have go through the whole process again.
Does anyone know how to save this setting? Surely it shouldn't keep defaulting back.
Any help/advice gratefully received.
Just for anyone else who may stumble across this topic.
I set up a profile then selected all channels.
Now the EPG opens with my profile and shows all the channels.

We're sorry to hear that you're having this issue. Checking things here, there doesn't appear to be a way to save this as a preference. We always take on board the feedback we receive so we can collect the information and use it to learn more about the areas we need to improve.
