Looking for some advice. According to TV advertising I should be able to download certain programmes to my android tablet and view while on holiday. However, I cannot find anything in Boxsets or Movies which says downloads available. What am I missing. Thanks

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have been unable to find anything you can download to your Tablet so you can watch it on holiday, there is some downloadable content on there, you need to be connected to the same Network as the Router to do this if you have a 3rd party Router and have ours in Modem mode you may not see the download option, once anything is downloaded you can only watch it in a 7 day window.

I am on the same router the one supplied by Virgin by Virgin media WiFi. There is no VPN either. If I look at programs it tells me what's only available on the TV box but not what's available to download. You would think there would be a filter or a section highlighting downloadable content. I was assuming that's what you would be pointing me at.
It's a 360 . So where does it tell me what is downloadable. Or do i have to check each program individually. Is there not a way you can just tell me rather than 20 question s process.
Forum TeamThere will be a download icon available next to the listing on those programmes and movies that are available to download. Not all programmes are downloadable and we don't have a list as to what is available to download as this may change.
