Device not registered

Good evening,

Often when I try and use virgin tv go it says my device need registering. However, after registering I just get the same error. no matter what browser I use. Sometimes if I keep registering I can watch something but after a few hours it just fails again and then I've depleted my changes. How do I sort this

    Can you please confirm the exact wording of the error you're getting? Also, are you getting any error codes?
