Cannot sign into to GO app. Sub-accounts cannot sign in.

Hi, my father in law is having the exact same issue with Virgin TV Go, he had to change his main account username and password because of a scam. Did this get resolved, as he can't login using his old account name and password?

    Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you're having some issues signing into TVGO. Can you confirm if you're signing in with the new My Virgin Media log in details?
