Hi Can anyone tell me how my partner can access his emails? The account is in my name so he is unable to link his new 02 log in account to a vm account! Customer service has been no help! thanks

Under the new sign in process each VM email account will have its own VMO2 ID so the new process does not require him to link his VM email account to VM broadband account.
However, if he has not already done so, the new sign in process will require him to specify a non VM email account to act either:

Hi Thanks for replying. How does he access his vm emails? He has specified a non VM email account, however, when trying to log into emails he gets this notification! Thanks
md3 When he created the created the VMO2 ID did he use the email address of the account he wants to access or a different one? If he had used the email address for his emails the VMO2 ID would have linked to that account. So he could try creating another VMO2 ID this time using the actual email address he is trying to access.
