I'm already sick of Virgin and I'm not even a customer.....
Called sales two days ago to be told that the service was live and had been live since end of March......told packages will be symmetrical and I would be able to order up to 10Gbps......person I'm talking to says he needs another department to arrange and they will be in touch.
Call back today to chase, speak to someone else and told there is no availability in my area........explain what I was told two days ago and all he can do is apologise for what I was told.....
I don't understand how I can get two completely different information from two people that are surely looking at the same terminals and info?!

I was also cut off two times while trying to get through with call being answered and then put on hold......does not fill me with any confidence
