Wifi speed reverted to M250

Hi, I recently ordered an 02 sim, I received an email today to say my broadband was now M350 and M250 had been removed.

I did a speediest (okla) and instead of the 270mb it had indeed jumped to 390mb over wifi on my phone, I tried in our bedroom the speediest wasn't even the speed I used to get albeit irregular.

I did a reboot of the router via the connect app and found my wifi speed had reverted back to 270mb but the upload remained the newly increased 36, I tried switching off the router for a few minutes, the new wifi speed didn't return.

The connect app shows the HUB 3 is connected at 383mb, on my Nvidia Shield Pro a speediest test says 380mb via ethernet, did I reboot too soon effecting a setting in the router? Router issue?

Any ideas?

    The Provisioned speed will be shown on the Hub stats page in the admin console.  Note VM only guarantees a WiFi speed of 30mb.  Higher speed guarantees are for wired connections.

    Wi-Fi is inconsistent.

    You are getting full speed to your HUB over the VM network, and to wired devices, so nothing is wrong.
