Wifi pods - ordered one but not received

Live in a thick-walled Victorian house and the wifi is awful. Did the scan and it showed the signal was particularly bad in a number of rooms so I called VM and they agreed to send me a wifi pod. This was about 2 weeks ago but I've still not received anything. If I log into my account it shows "Wifi Booster" on my package. Am I just being impatient? 

I tried calling but ended up on hold for 30 minutes and had to join a work call so couldn't stay on unfortuntely.

      I have had the same issue. I ordered a wifi pod as it was agreed that the wifi was not up to required speed in places. I was told it would be delivered by 3 December. It's now 6th. I have been on to "customer service" twice and been assured I will get an email when its out for delivery. The virgin media account shows delivery by 3rd and no update. I have been given no reason for delay. VM not the best at keeping customers in the loop I am afraid. Still waiting without update!!
