Upgrading to 2GB/2GB

I am currently on 2GB/200MB, but I want to upgrade the upload speed to 2GB also.
I can't find the option to upgrade the upload speed on my account, and any time I try to get a customer service rep to help, we end up going in circles.

Can anyone on here upgrade my account?
