Hi, just renewed my M250 package to M500.
I was getting good constant speeds on M250 but now since I've upgraged/Renewed it seems to be pretty poor in comparison .
I use Fast.com on my phone & it gets to about 140 Mbps where as before I was hitting approx 230 Mbps.
I also use it in router mode with a Deco M5 Mesh system
Is there anything i need to do or reset etc?

Tile Should be M500 not M600
I am indeed in Modem Mode
I need a USB Ethernet adapter to test,as I use a Chromebook
Think Broadband quality checker is showing just a red block? (Dropped packets 100%)
We use HP USB 3 to Gigabit network adaptors they are £10 from eBay,
for slim laptops they are exactly like having an inbuilt network socket.
Verify the BQM points to the current Public IP of your connection.
If the IP is correct, in the firewall settings of the Deco M5 Mesh
make sure it is configured to respond to pings from the WAN.
