As the title suggests, I recently upgraded to the 1gb service. However I am only receiving around 530mb to my hub 4.
Results shown below.
I have power cycled the hub in case that was the issue but no change.
Please advise on a fix. (I'm assuming a Hub4 is capable of 1gb speeds and I do not require the newer Hub5 to facilitate this?)

If you access your HUB on 192.168.0.1 in a web browser, assuming router mode, then select 'Check router status', what does the 'Configuration' tab show for the below settings:

I'm guessing if I'm only getting a max traffic downstream rate of 575000085 then the upgrade has not been applied?

Can you confirm if a reboot/reset has helped?
Your provisioning hasn't changed, hence no speed change.
You could try a reboot, or a full reset, however, it might need sorting by VM.
