I was just wondering if anyone could help please Iv use to get 250mb fibre but now it's lucky if it's hitting 100mb any ideas anyone please

What does it get on an ethernet cable connection and when connected to the 5GHz wireless band?
It's exactly the same mate it didn't use to be under 100mb
So it's your wireless devices that are the limiting factor.

Can you confirm if you're hub is out in the open, free from any obstruction?
Have you performed a reboot recently?
