Random Disconnection from internet

Hi

Have issue that every so often the internet losses for around 15 seconds. Everything stays connected wifi/lan but internet is lost. This happens both in router or modem mode. Every time it happens i get the following error on the hubs log:-

      It looks like there's still an issue in your local area affecting your connection. The current estimated fix time/date is 17th September. Hopefully you can see the outage and updates here ๐Ÿ‘‰ https://virg.in/service or by calling ๐Ÿ“ž 0800 561 0061. 

      Once the outage has confirmed as resolved, if you are still experiencing issues we can take another look at your connection. At that stage, it can indicate a different kind of fault that we'd need to investigate further.
