Paid for upgrade to increased broadband speed - now slower than my old contracted speed !!

And virginmedia are blaming my home set up - couldn't make it up !!

      Welcome back to the Community, and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment.

      Are the issues that you're having a wired or WiFi connection to your hub? As Adduxi has advised, would you be able to run a wired speed test?

    If so was there any indication of area problems?
