New to Virgin
Just got Virgin installed today, supposedly 500mb download speed…
came home to son moaning about lag etc thought he was just over reacting so ran some tests…
speeds shown was getting 500mb then all of a sudden nothing would load and couldn’t get connection, then hub started flashing red..
Rebooted hub now only barely getting 100mb but connection doesn’t seem all that stable.
Checked the online app for issues and had an ‘intermittent connection issue’ message on there.
phoned customer support and was told to monitor it for 7 days as because it’s new it might take time to work properly… does this sound right?
