ML1 degraded service - ongoing

Hi VirginMedia, 

Please can we have an adult and technically valid reason for the massive problems some people are having in ML1?

Multiple updates saying nothing more than - a problem - and will be fixed in 2 days time... these are just automated placatory statements... Please can we have some adult conversation around these issues?

      I don’t work for VM, but you will not get a definitive answer from VM staff on the board. VM never disclose the cause of problems as they probably consider it as commercially sensitive information.
