Low speeds

Hi I'm paying for 250Mbps but currently only getting 96 Mbps download on ethernet and slightly less on wifi on my main pc what can I do?

    Your device is only connecting to the Hub on 100Mbps ethernet. Try a different cable and check the device ethernet settings.
