Can you record other programs/channels?
Which VM TV set top box do you have?
The stream box and the 360 mini boxes don't have hard drives and thus you can't make recordings on them. If you have the main TV360 box then that can be used to make recordings on, however that box isn't available in the newer Full Fibre network areas.
