Is this right?

I have M500 package but am almost unable to use the internet at times...is this as bad as it appears to be or am I just not understanding something here? All I get from the app on my phone is that if it's the same in 24 hours virgin will look into this, but its been like this since the weekend at least.

    Hi drlamb

    The picture in your post will probably be deleted as it shows the IP address. 

    However, looking at the picture and the IP address it is showing, it looks like you may be using a VPN or works VPN as that isn't a Virgin Media IP address.

    According to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ that ISP address belongs to London Borough of Camden.

    It is showing as LGfL which provides fast, filtered and fortified broadband for schools, including resilience, cloud backups, free upgrades and more.  The LGfL website is https://lgfl.net/
