Interrupt and slow speed.

Hi. I got this issue more than 1 month more or less it happen evenings but now got same problems but less offten mornings mid day. Enginers came check all cables saying signal is very good. When i do random ping test its to 

inconsistent.
 
 
 
  • Looks like old fashioned network congestion to me (ie VM has oversold broadband in your area). You could raise a formal complaint in writing about it but there is no quick fix (the link is below). Also check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.
