Internet Slow and connection always going

For the past month we are facing problems with our connection if it’s not too slow is the connection that can just drop, I was used to be happy with my connection and everything but for the past month it has been horrible, I don’t if it’s a trick for us to upgrade the speed or what but nothing has changed in our property except the the connection that we getting. I don’t know if this can be fixed because honestly we not happy.

    We've not been able to locate you on the systems on our side. Does our Status Checker show any outages/signalling issues affecting you currently?  You can also call our status line on 0800 561 0061 or check your My Virgin Media online account or app for more information.

    If there's nothing on the first page, run the checks that say 'still having issues?' 'Need more help?'. This will run through some troubleshoots on your service. Keep us posted with how you get on.
