Hub 4 playing up

Hello

I've had a Hub 4 router for a while now with minimal issues but in the last couple of weeks it has randomly started doing white flashing lights (probably 5 or 6 times), which has meant I've had to re-boot it. Does this sound as though it is faulty and should be replaced?

    is this still an issue?

    Can you check first for any “known network faults in your location - Look in 2 places

    1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status)

    2) Then also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

      Hello Sabrina

      The hub has had the flashing white light on a couple more occasions and again we had to switch the hub off and on to resolve. Once was during an online meeting which was very frustrating. It is sporadic so can be fine for a few days and then randomly start flashing.
