How do I order a POD
I’ve got ‘poor’ connection in 2 rooms and I want to order a pod but I can find how/where to order anywhere?!?! I just keep ending up back at the same place on the app. I’ve tried website etc HELP!!

The official route is to use the VM Connect App and scan your property. When completed, the app should allow you to order the first Pod.
If this is not working, just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.
Are you on a package that includes "free" Pods ? If not, getting your own equipment is more cost effective.
