Having to restart my Router almost daily

Hi Guys,

Recently I have had to restart my router (normally in the morning when I start my PC) to get my speed back/  When I use fast.com it shows me as having roughly 60MB when it is 1Gig, after a router reboot It is back to what it should be.

I am also getting Ethernet and Wi-Fi errors when I run the Network Diagnostic Tools from the router but both Ethernet and Wi-Fi seem to be functioning OK (After the morning resrt)

Please advise....

Regards,
MrBasher

  • Try a 60 second pinhole reset of the hub with no ethernet connection.

OK will do. I tried a router reset from the home page with Ethernet.  At what point do I connect my cable?

The pinhole reset needs to be done physically via the hub pinhole reset button with a pen or similar. Remove the ethernet cable before you do it and reattach ten minutes after or so.
