Does this connection look okay?
Definitely feels like it's dropping connection every 5-10 minutes or so, even if just briefly. Kids have picked up on it too.

Looks bad, please post some stats:

Link to an updated BQM for today, still full of spikes and stuff when nobody was using it overnight and the house was empty all day.
Trying to watch something on Virgin TV Go now, and it keeps stopping and failing to play every few mins (presumably the connection is dropping).
Any help appreciated.
Today's BQM -
Hopefully one of the VM forum team pick this up, as it's really hard to explain it situation over the phone, and according to the status checker, all is okay, but it's clearly not right.
Yes, something is badly amiss. The power levels posted earlier are in spec but there are some strange looking log entries? To my untrained eye it looks like noise ingress, could be a bad connection, cable wear or something in the street cab? It will take a VM tech to check this out for you.
If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss.
Thank you, will hang on until a VM Mod picks this up and hopefully they can escalate it.

Hi richardmc85
Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, sorry hear your connection is dropping, we were able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you, we have checked everything our end and does look OK, however due to your stats we will invite you into a private chat as we would like to arrange a technician just to check the Omni Box, street cabinet and make sure your cable is OK, please look out for the white envelope.
Regards
Paul.
Engineer been and fixed this issue. The connection between the external box and internal box on the house, that very short bit of cabling through the wall, was generating all of the noise and problems. All replaced and working fine again.
Glad to hear this 🙂
