    Famously X marks the spot in the library in Venice of an Indiana Jones film.
    Below the X were many rats ! 

    BQM can be a graph of many rats too because BQM totally fails to tell us where the alleged issues occurred.  i.e. at the BQM data centre or under your desk, we get no clue.

      BQM graphs dont lie, when on multiple different ISP Routes presented the same issue which was resolved at around 1600.

      I am talking about other fibre companies, work leased lines, and linode uk servers here.
