Connection Drop Outs

  1. Hi there,
    Over the past few days/week or so I have had a few drop outs, upon checking my router stats, it seems I've had a few partial service errors, a dip in QAM on upstream channels, etc.
     
    I have also noticed that my power levels appear to be slightly out of spec, which surely doesn't help.
     
    I'll post my stats/logs below. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Downstream power levels are too low. Try the usual power down at the socket for five minutes and try again.  Also check for local faults on 0800 561 0061.
