Broadband speed very slow

I've been experiencing regular drops in speed recently - this is what I'm getting this morning and it's regularly been around 20mbps for the past couple of days. I've restarted the router (which is not very old) but no improvement. We normally get between 350-450mbps. Any idea what's going on?

    1) From the VM Hub menu

Check the Downstream and Upstream connection stats.

    2) Check for known faults in your street. Try both methods:

Call the local fault line: 0800 561 0061 – this is an automated number.

    3) With VM Hub in Router mode...

Check the Service Speed at the Hub:

    https://real-speed-fe.eu1.sk.thousandeyes.com/

Once the test begins click on: Run full test
to include: Latency, Jitter, Packet loss & Upload speed.

Hi Steven - we are still experiencing the same issues. Extremely slow speeds with no obvious explanation. Is there anything you can do to help? We may need an engineer to visit
