Joined on 30/12/24 500Mbps engineer patched connection to neighbour as couldn't find mine in garden, promised to book engineer to fix but heard nothing. On day 1 google Internet speed test 499Mbps excellent however same test 14days later states 19Mbps. Put in complaint yesterday replied with reset hub? Nothing about engineer to fix connection and neighbour asking when they coming. What do I do?
