Any Way To Upgrade Upload?

I’m on Gig1 and wanted to ask if there was any way to upgrade the Upload Speed?

    You can only have symmetrical services in the new Nexfibre XGS-PON network areas. All other VM areas use legacy DOCSIS internet, which is only capable of 10% of the download speed.
