1Gig Anyone having upload speed problems, South/South West

Hay all hope everyone is well,

So i am haveing upload speed issues ATM, Normally my upload is exactly what we should be getting on the 1gig service, This is on a wired connection But last 2-3 days so far my upload has dropped from around 110-100 mbps on speed test's this is To 30-45mbps tops,

Done all the basics reboots, hard power cycle, cable checks machine checks etc and still no change, Nothing has changed in the setup  

Is anyone else having this problem at all?

    Ow and just to help it would seem the quality of my service based on BB quality monitor 

    That it was around !2pm ish on Friday 17th the my service degradded showing much higher pings and dropped packs permanently right up untill now, 1617181920

    Once again nothing has changed my side.

      The first initial bit says no problems,

      Continued through the multipool web pages after saying still have an issue,

      it said there maybe be a connection issue with our kit and to check back in 24-48 most things sorted by then but i am not confident at all seems like a typical go away page, it did not tell me anything specific at all, so still in the same boat

      I can't see any local outage in my area. 

      Very flustered because one it's not cheap and also it's been days not hours. 

      Also not just the fact the upload is now crap at like 30meg. It's the flaming packat loss making most of my tactical only fps games unplayable. 

      Also my uploads to work servers at times and also my work video calls look like I have gone back to the 00s connection.

      Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. 

      Sorry to hear of the broadband issues with the upload speed. At the time of the post, there was an SNR issue in your area (signal to noise ratio), this is now fixed and there's no issues currently showing.

      I do hope everything is now resolved for you, please do let us know if still having issues and we'll be happy to assist.
