Zone Number.

Hi all, 

Newbie here, has anyone got an idea how to find my zone number without any letters from Virgin, and barely able to access my online account?

    I clicked on "Link Virgin Media account"  and that worked for me.

    If you're referring to your Area Reference number, this can usually be found on your welcome email or your contract that you would have received. 

    Based on your Forum credentials, we've located your account and your area reference is 31.

      Thanks Client62. And then the next question is, how do i get past the link to O2, link to virgin media "things", or is that is, because thats all i get when i go on my virgin media app, cant view my bill, my package, its so frustrating?
