Yodel haven't sent me a  tracking reference number and im supposed to be getting my new hub 5 today , I'm guessing its not on route at all 

Can one of the team here please look into this for me , would be most appreciated

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.
